Nano Video Without Audio

I tried adding a video to my new video nano and it plays fine on itunes, but plays without audio on the actual ipod. It was originally an mpeg but said it wouldnt play so I right clicked converted it, and thats when it lost the audio. help because I suck at these things.

being that mpeg1 files are combined video and audio, you will need a diff. video application to convert it, i use mpeg streamclip (http://www.squared5.com/svideo/mpeg-streamclip-mac.html) from there you can save the file w/ mp3 audio.

Still not working. I heard somethng about using firefox for it, so I downloaded that, now I dont know what to do from there. any ideas?

Firefox is a web browser like Safari. It will not help with video--it's unrelated.

Have you followed the advice in posts #2 and #3 above?
