20gb problem rebooting

hi my sons ipod wont turn on?

Try putting it in "Disk Mode" by holding the center button and the play button as soon as you turn it on. If it does go into disk mode let it stay like that while plugged in for 15 minutes or so to make sure you have a good battery charge on the unit. Once you have a charge, try your other troubleshooting to see if you can get anywhere. If the battery is totally dead, it won't act right, and you won't be able to do anything.
