If some of you remember earlier, I said I was considering an iPod Touch. Well, I finally took the plunge (While breaking in my credit card) and puchased it.

I need to know--because I haven't the money to buy a charger with it, is there a way to make one for it? I've tried 3 different USB chargers and none worked for it. However, both charge the 5G iPod I have.

I've even tried wiring one up from an old phone charger. Nothing.

I need something, because I have no charger for it, and I can only charge it off a computer.

Thanks.

My USB charger (until recently) worked for both my 5.5G iPod classic and my iPod touch. Lately, it won't charge either machine.

It sounds like there might be something wrong with your touch?

Make sure that you see the picture of the battery charging on the touch. I've noticed that if that picture doesn't appear, it won't charge. In other words, the touch is peculiar in that the machine needs to be in charge mode in order to charge. It's not like the classic which will charge at any time.

Good luck,
Marc
