I got a new iPod classic today to replace my old first-gen iPod nano, and completed the software update (1.0.3)
When I sync my ipod, a window pops up that says that 16 of my video podcasts could not be synced (sp?) to my iPod.
It tells me that my iPod does not support the format of these podcasts,
but i bought each one of them directly from itunes.
I have a PC, not a mac. Apple support was no help, they ended up screwing with my computer.
Other problems:
Some of my artists do not show up in the list of artists, but their albums do show up in the albums list.
Some of my albums were copied multiple times, even though there are no duplicates in my itunes
If you can help me with any of these, I would be very thankful.
