X11.app, sound, and XForwarding

I'm trying to run xmms from my home linux box via ssh/XForwarding to my iBook with X11.app v0.2. The xmms window shows up, but there is no audio coming over. Is this possible? Is there some configuration that has to be done to allow X11.app to access the audio subsystem in Jaguar?
