grouping videos

Hi ,
Sorry for the stupid question.
I have a lot of videos (mostly downloaded of youtube)
and would like to group them when accessing them of my ipod touch.

I have seen specific video podcasts such as boing boing are being grouped
together under the 'bbtv' category when launching the video application in
the ipod touch.

I have tried many things including editing the information of the files
adding episodes numbering etc.....

Is there a recommended way to tackle this?
