I don't know if this question has been asked before, but now I find I have a need to know, so I'm asking it now.
I converted a number of movies into MP4 format using iSquint (and if you want a plug: THERE is a program worth having!), loaded them into iTunes and copied them onto my 1G iPod touch (16Gb). Now I find I want to remove them to make room for some other stuff, but don't want to delete them entirely.
The iPod touch doesn't have disk mode, so I don't know how to go about copying the movies and then deleting them. There is a commercial product, TouchCopy that will do this, so I know it's possible. TouchCopy wants $24.99 for its product, and the only thing it will do that Senuti and others will not is copy video! Surely there has to be a way to do this without shelling out bucks for something somebody's figured out how to do for nothing!
