Tel iPod Touch to d/l all Mail and store it?

I'll be on a cruise. Online minutes are costly. I'd like the touch to d/l my Mail and store it all on the Touch so I can read it off line. NetNewsWire does this for rss feeds....

Is there a way to do this on the Touch?

Hmmm... It's only checking gmail which collects my ISP mail as well as mail directed to my gmail account Currently it's set up as POP so I can d/l to my laptop, but I could change that if it'll work better

POP mail should already download to your iPod Touch for reading offline. You shouldn't have to do anything at all.

IMAP mail is what maintains a connection to the IMAP mail server and where you may have problems reading offline in some cases.
