Keychain does not fill in Safari passwords
Hi, I checked n and all my data are stored ok inside Keychain: links, username, password.
But, when I opened a webpage in Safari the fields are not filled up by Keychain... What would be the reason? Thanks, Anselmo |

Depends on the page designer. Some pages can include a code to disable autofill, as a security feature.

The above poster is correct, but make sure you have Safari's preferences properly set. By default Safari is set to NOT fill in passwords etc from the keychain. So go to the "AutoFill" section of the preferences and check your settings.

Thank you both for your interest to help em out with this.
I went to Safari>Preferences>AutoFill: all three checkboxes are marked. When I edit the User names and passwords, I can see all the websites and usernames. Does this has anything to do with "repairing permissions"? What should I do to fix this? |

This has nothing to do with repairing permissions.

I found a solution following some hints discussed here: http://discussions.apple.com/thread....51391&tstart=0 Regards, Anselmo |
