Customize groups in sidebar of Finder

this may be obvious, but is there anyway to customize the side bar groups?

i would love to have a group just for work...some expanadability beyond SEARCH FOR, PLACES, and DEVICES any ideas??

yeah...these i knew, as you stated. I am looking to create new groups, complete with the arrow that expands and collapses the groups
