QuickTime issue with Keynote movies?

Hi,

I'm a screencaster (www.macosxscreencasts.com/en for example) and use ScreenFlow for recording.
The reason why I need your help is that SF2 seems not to be the only one who's causing my error. And I hope somebody has a tip for me or the support guys at Telestream.

Here's my setup:

- Screenrecording in 1024x768 as a ScreenFlow recording.
- No problems while editing, cutting. Nor do I have problems with exporting.
- Keynote is being used to generate a lower-third and my logo. The movie is exported as a "Transparent Movie" and is then imported into my screenrecording. (30 fps, 1024x768, Apple Animation)

After importing the Keynote lower-third ScreenFlow has problems to save the movie.
Is there something like "don't cut an uneven frame or QuickTime has problems"-thing where I can point Telestream's support to?
Does anyone know a trick or a little tick-mark that I need check in order to get this working?

This error really annoys me a lot! (Not saying that it drives me almost crazy!)
I need to get a few screencasts done and can't work for about 2 weeks now. *sigh*

Thanks

(Yes, I already know that I could use SF1 for screencasting. But that's not resolving this bug, right?)

What framerate is ScreenFlow using? Can you match that when creating the Keynote movie? I've not had a lot of experience merging movies like this. It sounds very interesting though.

I think SF records 30 fps. That's why I set Keynote to use 30 fps as well.
Last time I read the over the features of SF it said something like 30 fps. :/
