Are you actually having problems with your You Control: Tunes software?
The listing may not be indicating a real problem, other than that software is not behaving very well. Do you have the current update for that?
Have you contacted support for that app yet?

Problem solved!
After experimenting with the application i.e restoring old pref' and Application support folders from TM, and trying to run the application in a fresh user (Guest account), I realised that it could be a problem with the actual application so I re-downloaded it and what do you know, now it works
