Update on using iPhone with Go Phone?

Is there any new information about how to use an iPhone without a monthly contract? Any info on how to do this is appreciated.

When you sign up, if they don't like your credit rating you are given the month-to-month pre-paid option. If you have a high credit rating but want month-to-month anyway, there are ways to fool the system. I think putting in a bogus SSN is one way.
