iPod
I recently decided to try YellowDog which is a Linux distro for PPC on my PowerBook 12". Before installing YD, I tried in vain to copy my iTunes Music folder to an external hard drive mounted on a Windows machine because of file name pecularities between the Mac files and the external drive. Question now becomes, is there any software to copy the MP3s from my iPod to the Mac/iTunes?
Thanks for any input, Aaron |

Also, if you're ever in the mood to copy a bunch of files over to a Windows disk again, I found that just putting everything into a .sit file works wonders. That way you don't have to worry about filenames that don't transfer or anything like that. Save me a /lot/ of headache.
