Yes you have a Kernal Panic

Yes you have had Kernal Panic and you have to Hold down power button for 5 Seconds.
----------------------------------------------
If you send in the whole logs, Preferaby ones for the date of the Panic as oppossed to older ones...
-------------------------------------------

Include info About System version, Periperals, newly installed hardware or software etc.
--------------------------------------------

If you are using Jag 10.26 it is pretty clean.... Older versions had more problems with Kext usb versions, certain hubs, permissions etc. Some Reinstall with Full Combo Updater instead of System Update too.

i thought that was an ad for some dirty language school!

you need to deinstall that terrible norton stuff and only use the tools of the product when necessary.

Most Posters DW3 and Norton Only on CD

Most Xhints Posters and SAs like DW3 much better and Norton Only on CD, and even then Norton is not liked much.

That said though there are not many Mac Virus I am not sure they all hold hold the same Opinion of Just the AntiViral Module running (at leat to vacuum up office virus the vast majority of what a mac user would see).

Others can be more precise but it certainly appears that the K Panic was Norton related.
------------------------------------
I Usually look at VersionTracker reviews of software (by end users average star rating and read comments [sometimes there are flamewars which effect things]) Over All though Good Stuff has high marks (4.3 Stars or better) an usually Mostly Good Comments. Norton SysWorks 3 Overall Ratings (2.2) ekk
----------------------------
As far as it only happended once... its your machines. Up to you.

You did not describe the circumstances except recently After SW3 Install.... Most X users do not like kernal Pacnics to happen at all. Frequency will bare itself out over time. If you do wish to persue it further at this time.

thank guys. i was pretty sure it was a kernal panic but i just wanted to verify and get the issue resolved quickly. i figured if it was a panic i had to remove and reinstall or update SystemWorks. i had just AV installed but 3 makes you install the the whole damn thing now. as far as the files that i listed are concerned, i did a search on them to try and remove them but they didn't show up at all. i looked in the system>library>extensions folder and couldn't find them either. any idea where these puppies live for future reference. does actually say the location in the panic log?
