Should I get dual 1ghz or 933 G4?
I'm going to get either a dual 1ghz or a 933 tower. I've heard of problems with dual-processor systems. I want to get as much power as possible. Does anyone know much or have experience with the dual and know if there are widespread or just limited problems?
Thanks. |

I once spoke to someone working for Apple in Tech Support and they told me the 1Ghz model was a tad bit better than the 800DP model.
Ive got the 800Mhz G4 (only one I could afford, sadly) And it has been working fine for me

dual G4
I own a dual G4 and love it. I don't have access to a 933 SP, but I can't imagine it would be faster. What's nice about DP's is that you can be playing music in the background and still computationally intense work without breaks in the music. Just one example.
