Unhappy Kernal Panic (HELP PLEASE)


please someone HELP!!!!
I am going nuts I am using MAC OSX 10.4.0 I have this kernal that was happening before I installed mac OSX 10.4.0 so I erased and then cleared by zeroing it out 7 time option then reinstalled 10.4.0 I still got them so
I tried updating I tried downgrading each time I did I clean instaled and now I'm back on OSX 10.4.0 thats all that is on my powerbook titanium 800 mgz
I am getting the following Kernal Panic PLEASE if anyone knows what to do HELP.

Looks like a ram issue .. Run Memtest .. or the Apple Hardware Diagnostics

Be sure to disconnect all non-Apple peripherals.

And I second the suggestion to check the RAM with 'memtest':
