How to hire a Mac programmer

I'm very interested to see if the aura of mystery surrounding the Mac Developer extends to hiring or if it's just my boss' curse.

I got the task handed to me to hire a Mac Developer and a seriously hopeless "Good Luck". Is it really that hard to find a Mac Dev? That's how I ended up here at MacOSXhints.com. I use this site myself to troubleshoot my personal mac problems, so why not apply that to my work?

I've been on Dice and Monster and sure, there are responses, but where's the holy grail of Mac Devs who are searching for work?

I called the Mac store and nobody there knew... Maybe someone here can shed some light. Where would you go online if you were looking for a job?
