Why do you want a key logger? I.e. what do you intend to do with it?

You should give each family member a separate user account.

I understood the first time.
But why do you want to record the keys typed by other family members? I.e. what justification do you have for this? Why not just give each person a separate account and leave them alone?

Posts like the above result in you being very close to being banned from these forums.
You need to remain civil.
And you need to respond to questions about your intent - especially when asking about somewhat shady activities.

ok, let's see:
  1. your screen name
  2. your attitude
  3. your obvious lack of control
son, I wouldn't even sell you a keylogger, much less give you one. go be a perv somewhere else.

lol - ok, that's a step, but truth is you have a long way to go. honestly, on a mac you don't need a keylogger (except to get passwords, and that would take some explaining). if you have an admin account on your family comp, then you have access to almost everything. what are you looking for?

1) There exist free key loggers (or keyloggers) - just google to find them. Or look on www.macupdate.com etc

2) I'm going to close this thread since it gives me a bad feeling. Maybe it just started off badly - but in any case, you can get all you need from Google.
