Leopard + MacBook Pro + sleep issues

Hey folks not sure if anyone else has
seen this yet or if I am just missing something.
If I leave my machine for a few minutes the screen dims then it goes off.
and after a while it goes to sleep. I am running on power not battery I would only expect this to happen if I am on Battery. The energy saver settings have been changed to custom to never put the machine to sleep and to only put the display to sleep after 3 hours. I have also de-selected the Dim display before putting it to sleep option.

Any ideas is this happening to anyone else?
