Citrix, VNC, Ctrl Alt Del minor tip

Citrix, VNC, Ctrl Alt Del minor tip

I noticed recently since my Company upgraded their Citrix to 2K3 and such I have had trouble passing Ctrl Alt Del so that I can login when a workstaion is locked, at least for my Powerbook G4 17 1.67ghz the following work around is necessary.

Work Around:
1) Hold down: Ctrl Alt Shift
2) And from Citrix Keyboard Menu -Type Other Special Keys: -Delete

Regular Ctrl Alt del Only brings up lock, task manager, log out, etc.
------------

I have not re-tested every combination since I figured out the shift was necessary but I have the following Tickced of on *Citrix Keyboard menu* and it works for both unlocking and locking and loggin into workstation:

-Enhanced Keyboard
-Send special Keys Unhcanged
-Use Command Key for Control
-Use Command-Option for Alt
-Use Option Escsape for more Keys
